What types of roles do you typically hire for?

We recruit across technical and corporate functions — EASA Part-66 licensed engineers, base and line technicians, planners, quality and compliance staff, supply-chain specialists, project managers, and commercial roles. Current openings are listed on our Careers page.

How does the application process work?

Apply through the Careers page by selecting an open position and submitting your CV. Our Talent team reviews each application, shortlisted candidates are invited to a technical or functional interview followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and final offers include role-specific compliance and reference checks.

Do you offer training or certifications?

Yes. Through our sister organisation Avora Academy (an EASA Part-ATO approved training organisation) we provide type, recurrent, and continuation training. MX Technic also supports licence endorsements and structured on-the-job mentoring for EASA Part-66 engineers.

Can I apply for multiple roles?

Yes. You can apply for multiple roles if more than one position matches your skills and interests.

What is the work culture like at MX Technic?

MX Technic’s culture is safety- and quality-driven, grounded in EASA compliance and clear accountability. We work as one team—collaborative, hands-on, and customer-focused—prioritizing practical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and professional communication.

What does career growth at MX Technic look like?

As MX Technic and the wider Avora Group scales — with a 4-bay hangar under construction in Plovdiv and full-scale operations launching in 2030 — there are real progression paths from technician to certifying engineer, supervisor, planner, and management. We also rotate talent across the group (Avora Aviation, Fly2Sky, Avora Academy, Avora Crew).
